How it works
Six steps between your postcode list and a full diary.
No retainers, no lock-in and no shared lists. You pay for leads, and only for the ones that meet the brief.
Set your patch
We agree the postcodes you cover, the job types you want and a weekly cap so the flow matches the size of your team.
We build the campaigns
Meta and search ads written per job type, pointing at landing pages built for that specific buyer. We fund and manage the spend.
Enquiries get qualified
Every enquiry is checked for job type, site location, timeline and budget. Anything that fails does not get sent and does not get billed.
The lead is delivered
It goes to one installer whose specialisms and area match. The lead is delivered straight away, straight to your inbox and phone.
You quote and win
You call while the enquiry is warm, visit site and price properly. No competing quotes handed out behind you.
We review monthly
Cost per lead, quote rate and win rate on one page. We adjust job mix, area or volume based on what is actually converting.
The commercials
You pay per lead. That is the entire model.
There is no monthly management fee and no ad budget for you to fund. We carry the spend, and we only earn when a qualified lead lands with you.
It keeps the incentive where it should be. If the leads stop converting, we are the ones losing money, so we fix the campaign rather than send more noise.

What we will not send
The filter is the product.
- Enquiries outside your agreed postcodes
- Job types you did not sign up for
- Price-checkers with no intention of booking
- Duplicate submissions from the same household
- Anything we could not reach to confirm the detail
Straight answers
The questions installers ask on the first call.
How is a lead priced?
Per lead, by job type. A close-board repair and a cantilever sliding gate are not worth the same, so they are not priced the same. You know the figure before anything is switched on.
What happens if a lead is bad?
Our 72 hour lead replacement policy covers it. If a lead is out of your area, the number is wrong, or it does not match the qualification criteria you signed up for, tell us within 72 hours and we replace it. No forms, no arguments.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. It runs month to month with a weekly cap you set. Pause it in a busy month and pick it back up when the diary thins out.
How many installers do you take per area?
One per job type, per area. That is the whole point. When an area is full, it stays full until that installer stops.
Do I have to take both fencing and gates?
No. Take one category, both, or a handful of specific job types. You are only sent the work you told us you do.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week. Campaign build and landing pages take a few days, then leads begin arriving as soon as spend goes live.
Start with a ten minute call.
Your area, your job types, your capacity. If we cannot fill it, we will say so.
